Celebrate the launch of Boiler House Poets – a new poetry list from UEA’s Boiler House Press – with four new collections by four superb poets of the contemporary movement: Emily Critchley (Ten Thousand Things), Tim Atkins (On Fathers < On Daughtyrs), Colin Herd (Click & Collect) and Jeff Hilson (Latanoprost Variations).

Featuring readings by Dr Sophie Robinson and UEA students, plus a DJ to finish the night. An evening not to be missed!

Doors open for all events at 6.30pm for a 7pm start. No booking necessary.

About the poets

Emily Critchley is Senior Lecturer in English and Creative Writing at the University of Greenwich, London. She is author of nine collections or pamphlets and her latest, Ten Thousand Things, is published by Boiler House Press. Tim Atkins is an internationally-published and reviewed poet and translator. He is the author of many volumes, including his latest, On Fathers < On Daughters. Colin Herd is Lecturer in Creative Writing at the University of Glasgow. His previous collections include too ok, Glovebox and Oberwilding - with SJ Fowler. Click & Collect is published by BHP. Jeff Hilson teaches Creative Writing at the University of Roehampton. He is the author and editor of several works including Latanoprost Variations published by BHP. He also runs the London-based reading series Xing the Line.
